IN-PERSON COACHING & PROGRAMMING
Strength Training is for everyone and it's easy to get started on your journey when you hire a coach. Below you will find options for conditioning and strength training in person at Richmond Balance, whether one-on-one or in small groups. Contact me for more information!
LEARN THE LIFTS
For first time clients, we'll start with (1-2) private 1-hour sessions to learn the lifts and get an understanding of how the program can work for you. After completing these entry sessions, you are eligible to join one of our groups, proceed with private coaching or continue on your own!
Enjoy the accountability and camaraderie of working in a small group with two coached sessions per week, plus if applicable, one on your own. Receive customized weekly programming & 24/7 gym access. All classes are limited to 4-6 people and are run monthly.

THURS: 5:30a, 7:00a, 12:30p
Continue your training with 1-on-1 attention to get the best results possible and answers to all your questions with personal coaching. This option is best for those who have already learned the lifts or have experience with Starting Strength or barbell training.
full STRENGTH CLINIC
Cover all 4 lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press) in depth. Includes introduction to mechanical theory of the barbell movements, anatomical explanation of the movements, and coaching each movement up to a working set. This is best for those coming from out of town to learn the lifts or someone looking for a one-time form check on all their lifts.
