“I started working with Cassi in July of 2019 and worked with her for about 8 months in the gym before transitioning to working out at home during COVID-19. I think it speaks volume to Cassi’s attitude and abilities as a coach that I have never considering pausing coaching even though I’m not able to see her face to face. In the gym, Cassi is extremely attentive and friendly — with her eyes on my form, I was able to see progress in my lifting that I had never previously experienced. Communicating virtually, Cassi is excellent at making her athletes feel that their overall well-being is the most important thing and that lifting is only one part of being healthy.
